Our White Glove Service provides delivery, in-home assembly and package removal. 

Oeuf offers the service within New York City and parts of central and northern New Jersey.

This option will appear at checkout if the shipping address qualifies for this upgrade.  

White Glove Service includes an experienced two (2) person delivery team, one flight of stairs, placement in your room of choice, assembly, and unpacking and debris removal.

If the apartment or room-of-choice exceeds one flight of stairs (i.e. an apartment in a building on the third floor without an elevator), a fee may be imposed directly by the White Glove team at time of delivery. To avoid surprises, you should inform them of any special circumstances, such as extra flights of stairs, at the time of scheduling.

 What to expect

Orders with the service are picked-up from our New Jersey warehouse every Wednesday of the week. You’ll be contacted by phone within 24-48 hours after the first Wednesday your order was placed to schedule the final date and time for your delivery and assembly.  (If you receive a call from an unfamiliar number from NJ, you may want to answer!  Otherwise, please check your voicemail.)

All white glove deliveries and installations are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays only. Unfortunately, other days are not available at this time.
