Oeuf LLC - Furniture Limited Warranty

These warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original retail purchaser within the contiguous United States.

Wood Frames & Wood Components — 5-Year Limited Warranty

Oeuf LLC warrants that all wood furniture frames and components will be free from defects in materials, parts, and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.

Within the first year: Oeuf will ship replacement parts at no cost to you.
After the first year: Oeuf will provide replacement parts at no cost, but you will be responsible for shipping expenses.

Finishes & Hardware Components — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Oeuf LLC warrants that all finishes and hardware components will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Within the first year: Oeuf will cover shipping and replacement parts at no cost to you.
After the first year: Oeuf will provide replacement parts at no cost, but you will be responsible for shipping expenses.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to residential use only, for purchases made within the contiguous United States by the original retail purchaser.

This warranty does not cover:

Floor samples, display models, or "as-is" merchandise
Items purchased second-hand, at distress sales, going-out-of-business sales, or from liquidators
Damage that occurred during shipping or from improper storage
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or unauthorized product modifications
Use with non-Oeuf approved accessories
Failure to follow assembly, use, or care instructions

How to Make a Claim

If you discover a defect during the warranty period, please email help@oeufnyc.com briefly explaining the issue along with a few photos that clearly shows the defect. To ensure we send the correct part, please include the item name and part # of the product (kindly reference the assembly instructions for the part #). You're also welcome to call us at (718) 965-1216 at which time we may ask for photos. At our discretion, we will repair the product, send replacement parts, or replace the item entirely — at no cost to you within the applicable warranty terms.

A valid, dated proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

This warranty is your exclusive remedy. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
